We have the White Cadet toilet, Model #4112. This is the right product for that toilet! And at a great price.

Just be sure to pick *white* as the color and make sure that the model # that shows up is 047192-0200A . Note: the picture unfortunately still shows the outside of the toilet and not the handle & lever themselves. The handle and lever are all white unlike the original (where the lever is black).

Another reviewer ran into problems with, I believe, the Bone one. What happened in that case I do not know, but the white one is the right one for the white toilet!

Just make sure when you order that you are looking at the right product and select the right color (the model # changes with the different colors). You should have NO problem picking the one that American Standard recommends (at least for the white)!

If you have any concerns, just order from Amazon as you'll be able to return it if it's not the right one! But, you can rest...Read more

Be carefull when ordering these flush trip levers. Believe what you see in Amazon's pictures. Some arms are straight and some are angled. I didn't have enough faith in Amazon's pictures and followed the part numbers listed in American Standards installation/replacement parts manual that came with the toilet. That was a mistake. American Standards manual listed this part, #47192-XXXOA where XXX is the finish, for my tank #4112. When that lever came, it was straight, not angled like the original it was replacing. I had to heat it and bend it to match the original. Trip lever 47242-XXXOA looks angled on the pictures and probably would have been the one I needed. As to the quality of the handle lever assembly, Both handles on my two toilets began developing cracks over a period of 6 years and one finally separated completely. I guess 6 years is not so bad, but chromed metal or solid plastic handles would last a very long time. To properly fit the tank and match the toilet color...Read more

We have 3 American Standard toilets that require these flush trip levers.
Our building opened in Jan of 2004, These handles last on average less than one year in our restrooms. Shame on American Standard.
I only buy these, because nothing else will work.

I do have to say amazon does a great job stocking and shipping them!
