The picture of the supply elbow makes it look like it is a single solid piece, it is not. The D4690508 is several pieces with the cover only attached by the plastic gasket, there are large gaps between cover and elbow. Does not look good and the cover does not securely attach. On the positive side the elbow and cover are all metal with a nice finish.

This little gadget doesn't do much but it provides a very attractive attachment point for corded shower heads. I have it paired up with a matching Danze shower headed with metal hose. The installation was easy and perfect.
