Got this with matching towel bars, not impressed with the quality or method of attachment. There is no set screw these just sit on the wall brackets and lift straight off. Also the included template doesn't space these far enough apart for a full roll of TP to fit! Very disappointing Delta...

wall bracket and base won't clip or click securely,

This towel bar, toilet paper holder and towel ring all use the same screw-less "clip" mechanism. However, unless there is a trick that is not mentioned on the installation instruction, you won't get a very secure attachment of the base to the wall bracket. The base will just loosely sit over the bracket, can move a little bit and even fall off if lifted. I installed quite few bath hardware from difference brands and this Delta is the worst. Also on the chrome toilet paper holder, the bar was made of plastic not metal.

The quality is good and easy to install. It comes with a template so you get the screws in the right place. The only downfall is that double toilet paper rolls do not turn easily. I am guessing they made this for single rolls. I use double rolls, but in the beginning it has a resistance to it. Otherwise than that, it is beautiful and looks like quality.
