This product looks good, but it needs some improving. The biggest problem that I have had with this shower head is water pressure. Our old shower head had more pressure for rinsing suds and this one lacks it. However, you will get more shower pressure if you switch it from water output of both the shower ring and the hand held part to only the hand held part, but it is still not what my old shower head put out. It really needs improvement in that area. I'm 5'4" and my husband is 6'3" so I always have to tilt the shower head down; and, when I do, the hand held part almost always falls down because of how large the handle is and the close proximity of the handle to the shower wall - the normal distance of any shower. For me, the shower handle is a bit large. Also, if you have a hang over the shower head caddy, you will have to find a new one because the shower head and handle are so large, it won't tilt properly. This showerhead greatly improved my water pressure, so I cannot imagine what other reviewers are complaining about. I have literally cut my showering time in half because everything is accomplished so quickly (the shampoo rinses out of my long hair in just seconds; the soap rinses out of the washrag much faster, etc.). Having both the showerhead and the hand-held on at the same time is like a torrent of watery heaven.

That being said, it's not very earth-friendly. The amount of water this thing puts out is an absolute sin. Almost makes me want to go to church on Sunday to make up for it. Almost.

I was able to install it immediately out of the box without having to use any tape. This was well worth the money I spent on it and hopefully it will last awhile.

First, let me say that this is a great product. What nothing in the description tell us is that there are two switches on this device. One on the main shower head and one on the handheld unit, well, actually two on the handheld unit. The purpose of the switches is to cut water supply to the head to which it is attached. This allows one to direct water flow to the desired head unit. There is a small push-button switch on the handheld unit to temporarily turn off water to this unit.

For those reporting weak water pressure, I did not find this to be a problem. Then again, I have very good water pressure to my house.

As for falling out of the cradle, one must place it in the cradle correctly. There is a little tab at the top of the handheld unit that fits into a slot in the main unit. This helps keep everything together in the base.
