Supposedly new item but installation instructions not enclosed in package. Parts not wrapped or protected within package. It appears that I received a $147.15 item that had previously been returned. While new and unused, package was not factory sealed and contents were not adequately inspected prior to shipping.

Otherwise, correct product was delivered timely. Unfortunately, now I have to find and print the installation instructions.
