I purchased this product from another site. The mixing assembly is very solid and appears to be of high quality. Handles move smoothly and the cartridges do not leak.

Once you attach the handles, you may notice as I did that one or more are noticeably out of alignment relative to the faucet or riser. It's unclear whether this is a fault of the handles, of the cartridges, or of the assembly, but reseating the cartridges did not fix the alignment issue.

After installing the mixing assembly on your tub, be sure to do a test assembly from the tub filler all the way to the shower riser! Do NOT just install it part by part on top of the mixing assembly, or you may find it is IMPOSSIBLE to align your shower head, tub filler and shower valve! It is very important that each part be installed in the correct orientation so that when all joints are tightened, the valve, shower head and tub filler are properly aligned.
