This hand shower is great. It looks good in polished chrome and is easy to use. The water pressure is sufficient, the "holster" for the shower wand on the bar is nice and secure and can be moved with minimal effort then locked in place, the holster can also tilt a little giving the wand a slight down or up angle when fixed. No leaks, but of course it's been installed only a couple of weeks. It comes with a vacuum valve (I'm no plumber, so I'm nto sure of the right term) that basically eliminates slow drips after the water is shut off. Some other showers have this problem where water will drip for a few minutes after shut off as the water in the pipes settle.
