Great look, many functions, but has some issues,

This is a great, high quality looking shower head and is very stylish. I picked mine up at the local OSH for a pretty good price. Assembly is reasonably easy and should only take you about 15 minutes. A nice feature is that the hand-held shower head sits several inches higher than a standard shower head that comes directly off of your pipe - good if you are particularly tall, or if your pipe is particularly low.
The quality and craftsmanship seems quite good with most or all of the parts made from some type of metal/alloy. The shower heads have many functions including a massage where the water seems to come out in bursts. The diverter valve also lets you have one, the other, or both shower heads on at the same time. The hand-held hose attached shower head is of course very helpful for cleaning the shower, or if for any other reason you need to spray hard to reach places. I wanted the dual shower thing, after our existing shower head started leaking after 7 years, and this fit the bill. YES it is plastic, YES they include Teflon tape (nice touch), it seems as though I really get twice the water flow with the same pressure in my house (other experiences may vary). I have two, nit-picky complaints here:
- There are not 5 functions, I can't quite figure out how they got that, there are 3 sprays; what I call, lots of small streams, low pressure rain fall and lamo-message. I use the lots of small streams 90% of the time, so I am good.
- The valve should be a 4 way valve. you can have water come out both heads, you can have water come out of the wand only or the attached head only, it would be nice if you could turn off the water completely. I had to get a shut off valve lit this: [...]
But this is great for the price I would get it again.

the product is very easy to install but the flex hose is somewhat stiff and hard to manage as a coil
