The item I received did not have the style handles pictured. I haven't atempted to contact seller since this is now being shown as out of stock. Really disgusted with the bait and switch. This was the first disappointing experience in ordering from Amazon.

Bought this item as a first time purchase over the internet and I survived. It arrived on time and installed, it's a piece of art, not just a faucet. Have received a lot of compliments on it. The only thing was that it stated that installation instructions came with it but guess what, they didn't. I e-mailed the company and they indicated that they don't have them.
