Had the plumber out to install and discovered when he was well into the installation that it was missing parts. Took 2-plus weeks to get the replacement parts, so couldn't use bath for that long, plus had to have the plumber out a second time. The shower hose is made of some sort of plastic made to look like stainless steel - it's not very flexible so gets stuck when you try to pull it out or slide it back in. Also, the shower head is plastic - just made to look like brushed nickel - cheap, wonder how long it will look nice. Only the faucet and handles seem to be good quality metal.
