The minute I saw the pump handle design of this set I knew it was exactly what I wanted. I dismissed one of the reviews I read which mentioned a problem with the hot water not flowing. I wanted the set anyway because it really went well with the country motif of our new bathroom. Sure enough, the plumber discovered that, try as he might, he could barely get a rapid drip from the hot water side. That being said, I called Price Pfister directly and without so much as a hearty sneeze, they had a new cartridge/value unit air-shipped to us at no charge. (Which tells me they've had enough calls to know there must be a flaw in the design.) None the less, we are so very satisfied with the looks of the unit, and after installing the new valve for the 'hot' side, all is well. If you've ever had an issue with a Price Pfister product and saw how easy they are to work with, you really don't have any doubt about using their products. So I love the looks of these faucets... installation was pretty good. But I go to turn on the water and barely a trickle out of the hot water side... not much more from the cold. I was apprehensive when I installed and noticed that all the water has to flow through an 1/8" hole. The quick connects are slick, but obviously something is blocking the flow. What good is this cool technology if it doesn't work? Right now I'm really frustrated from this product, so maybe my 2 stars will go up after I've cooled off. But for this kind of money it should just work. It's like Pfister tried to show off with all these quick connects but forgot about the basics. I was about to rip open the second box to start installing my second faucet, but perhaps I should be sending these back.

The faucet looks great, however, the set up is ridiculous. Very difficult, pfister wanted to save a few pennies by limiting the length of some of the pieces. . .making it difficult to set up. I won't buy pfister again.
