I cannot comment on installing this Grohe fixture, as I had a professional plumber install it as part of a larger job. I can talk about using it - and it is great. The directions cover both the installation and use, and are very detailed. It did take a try or two to get both the nozzles and the shower head on at the same time, but the results are great. I would highly recommend considering getting the 2x Grohe 28 856 000 Relexa Shower Bar Soap Dish, Chrome to install on the fixture at the time of installation, though Grohe doesn't mention anything about this or any other soap dish. It does put out a lot of water so consider 48" or 60" wide shower pan.
