I was a bit hesitant at first after the mixed reviews but I am happy with this purchase. I ordered it at 5pm and installed it the next evening (Amazon rocks). The faucet looks great and feels sturdy. I doubt the valves are as good as $500+ competitive products, but I installed my tub in a way that everything is very accessible in case I need to swap it out in a few years.
Installaion was a piece of cake. I needed to buy some longer hoses since I spaced all fixtures 6 inches apart (for a total of 24 inches from the cold control to the shower head, but everything else was simple. After the initial installation, I had an issue with consistent waterflow out of the spout. I realized though that this was due to some particles left in the pipes after construction. I should have cleared the hoses first before hooking them up to the spout. A few small pieces got lodged in the small gap (about 1/16th of an inch wide) of the spout and I used a toothpick to pull them all out. Happy to say...Read more

No waterfall at all,

After installation we were very disappointed. The waterfall wasn't a waterfall at all. Instead, the water splattered all over the bathtub, especially to the sides-even to the floor. The water just shot in all directions - nothing like the picture at all. We did like the handles and the sprayer. So we decided not to return it. We went to homedepot instead and bought a new spout (another 129$)that matched the set. The waterfall spout is not working at all. My husband even tried to "bend" it a little bit to see if we could adjust the flow - no success. After 2 hrs. of playing with it we gave up. I would not recommend it at all.
Update 12/15/11
After reviewing, the company LightInTheBox contacted me and generously offered a refund of the 129$ that I had to spend for the other spout that we bought.
Very nice gesture. I told them that it wasn't their fault because I never contacted them or returned the item.

We love the look of the flat spout on our new 6 ft air tub. It fills the tub in good time though I don't know what the GPM is. The shower has a good spray, works well. Amazon's service was great!
